Returns Policy

Items returned will be returned as a store credit ONLY. Items must be returned or exchanged within the first 30 days of receiving the product(s). Shipping and Handling is non refundable. In most cases shipping on return items even those that qualify for free shipping must be paid by the customer. Exchanges are welcome based on product on avaliblity. Please contact us for more information on our return and exchange policy to insure we can take care of any issue you may have with your Street Status Product in a timely manor.

Returns and Exchanges usually take 5-7 business days once received. Items must be in NEW, as shipped condition (i.e. un-washed and worn). If product has defect after wash please contact us imeditly so we can correct the issue.

Please contact us IMEDITLY if a product is received and has any factory defect.

Shipping

We currently ship to the all 50 states. Shipping time’s very but will typically arrive between 5-10 business days for most areas.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are a flat rate. The shipping details for each item can be found on the product(s) page.

Products that have FREE shipping will be shipped ground standard via fedex
